SkyTech Millivolt On/Off Remote Control Review

I bought the Skytech 3301 remote transmitter and receiver box to replace my Avanti (model AHP304R2T) which had stopped working.The Skytech has pretty much the same features, which I was happy about, but I've been disappointed in the transmitter.The transmitter works fine, but the batteries keep falling out.They are held in by a small plastic plate.The plate has two tabs at one end and another at the other end.The top tab just isn't strong enough to keep the plate in place.The other thing I don't like about the Skytech is the display.My Avanti was easy to read.It had bold block letters on an almost white screen.The Skytech letters are as big, but not as bold and they are displayed against a dark gray screen.
