This was purchased for use on a Weber portable BBQ.Install wasn't particularly easy as it required a hole larger than my largest drill bit, but once in it has proven very sturdy and accurate.If you get used to cooking with a thermometer, you will find this indispensable.

The RC-T3 C/F has been manufactured using a Heavy Duty Stainless Steel casing to prevent rust, has a Professional Grade heavy duty use spring and bi-metallic strip installed to provide years of accurate temperature readings. They have an Easy to Read 3' dual range dial display which displays the actual internal temperature of your grill or smoker in both Fahrenheit and Celsius.
