I received this product yesterday morning. The stove came in perfect condition, no marks, dents etc.I ran it on and off the high heat setting for 12 hours. The floor stayed cool, I was able to hold my hand on the bottom of the heater box without burning my hand even on the highest setting. I lowered the heat in the house due to the extreme warmth coming from the product, the living room and kitchen and surrounding area stayed very comfortable all 12 hours. The flame looks great and adds a nice touch to the living room.
I would recommend product to anyone.
