I recently purchased a Stanco Metal #GS-1200 Grease Strainer Cup/Lid which was heavily damaged during delivery.Upon contacting the company, I was told that there were no more in stock and that I could just mail the item back.I informed them to mail the item back was more expensive than the item itself.Later that day, a representative called to inquiry as to why I was dissatisified with the company.After explaining the situation, I was given a full refund of the product and my shipping and handling cost returned as well.I appreciate business like this and would consider purchasing from this company again.
