After losing my original broiler pan (accessory with my range), I replaced with a Nordic Ware Broiler pan set claiming to be "non-stick". What a joke! I used it once and it was ruined (had to toss in the trash).Then I purchased the Stanco Non-Stick Broiler Set and I am AMAZED! Its quality material and it really is NON-STICK! I love it! It wipes clean, absolutely no scrubbing required. I've cooked steaks, burgers, london broil, and crab cakes. Nothing sticks to it!
