Very pleased with this unit after 6 weeks of use. It does three racks of cookies perfectly, unlike my conventional oven that does best one sheet at a time on the center rack. A pan of chicken parts took 30 min. @ 325. It has plenty of room for Pizza stones and Pampered Chef stone ware sheets. Also, if you are disgusted with the "China Syndrom" that permeates most retail products, this is manufactured in Italy. The price was better in January, glad that I made a decision to buy it then.MORE : after a year, this is a BEST purchase, bakes bread great, would buy it again!!
